Return & Exchange

We gladly accept returns within the following guidelines. Return items must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved and processed, you will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Return Guidelines

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
• All returns must include the original packaging.
• Clearance and sale items are FINAL. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once it has been received. 
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total.

If your return does not meet these conditions, the item(s) may be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

To initiate a return, email us at welove@favesbyjenna.com with the following:

• Full name and phone number
  
• Order ID
• Reason for the return/exchange
  
• Photo of the item(s)

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is not reimbursed.

Each item is carefully photographed to show accurate color, size, and details. Please note that screen displays may vary depending on your device. Minor variances in color or finish will not be considered defects.
